The one show pony dance studios are when they offer only one or maybe even two types of dance styles. You find this often with Salsa & Argentine Tango studios. Sure many are good at their limited styles that they offer, but many students want more.

On the other side of the spectrum is the studios that offer many different types of dance styles, but classes are taught by only one or two instructors teaching many different styes of dance.
